I've had these boots for about 6mo now and they're about what I expected. They're not technical boots so if you're looking to wear these on a hike or on long marches you'll be sorry. They break in quickly, which is a plus but if you're going to wear them all day I recommend a nice cushy insole. If you're buying them for the side-zip like I did these are a great. The zip is sturdy and doesn't bind up. The laces can be a pain, but that's a moot point.

These are some really great boots! They are water proof and great for my job. I need reliable boots that get good traction and are water proof. I deal with all types of bodily fluids in my job. I also am out in horrendous weather and terrain. From muddy fields to rocky terrain, I need some boots that can cut the mustard! I recommend these boots for anyone working in EMS, Fire, Construction, or any job where you deal with rough terrain. A+

I've had for abt 1.5 mos and have worn everwhere incl. in water. 5 miles per day etc. amd love them would buy again. I have a ankle problem (broke my heal 20+ yrs ago) and need the support that these boots give me...I even wear them while riding my Harley and they are great.
